Dutch company Kepler Vision Technologies is developing unique artificial intelligence (AI) for healthcare. Kepler Night Nurse detects incidents in healthcare facilities and hospitals worldwide. The software not only notices when clients fall, but also when people with dementia stray from their location. In addition, the system recognizes undesirable actions or behaviors including aggression. Kepler Vision Technologies’ team is made up of employees with healthcare expertise on the one hand and those with PhDs in AI on the other. That makes Kepler Vision Technologies’ healthcare software guaranteed to be reliable and of an unparalleled standard.
The company has a solid financial foundation thanks in part to investments from UvA Ventures and the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Kepler Vision Technologies expects global growth in the coming years because of an aging population. That means an increasing demand for elder care and a decreasing supply of care workers and nurses. The company now operates worldwide and has an Experience Center in Eindhoven in addition to its headquarters in Amsterdam.
