The healthcare industry faces increasing challenges due to an aging population and lack of a skilled workforce. While the 65+ population continues to grow, the number of workers providing care to this population group is shrinking. In Western Europe, 25% of the care workforce will retire in the next five years. Where ten people used to care for one person in need of care, we are rapidly moving to a world where only four people can care for them. We want to change that.
